USA Hockey's Neck Laceration Protection Policy

Neck Laceration Protectors and Learn To Skate

USA Hockey has said that neck laceration protectors are not required for any anyone who is not on an official USA Hockey roster and does not play any USA Hockey sanctioned games, such as Learn to Skate kids.

This form is required whenever a player is removed when it is reasonably suspected they have suffered a concussion. When it is filled out the submitter will automatically receive a copy of the USA Hockey Return To Play form.
